This is my favorite cream pie since I was little. Since I went far away from the prefecture, I don't get to eat it often, but all my relatives and sisters who are far away love it and want to eat it. When I was little, I loved the cake my predecessor made, which was hardened with chocolate, dusted with powdered sugar, and had chocolate chips inside, and I'm sad that I can't eat it anymore. This was my favorite cake from Edelweiss. Of course, I also love cream pies, so I go buy some when I get home. It's still delicious.

We arrived at 9am in time for opening time. Although it was a weekday, there were several people in line. I bought a slice of their famous cream pie. 1 cut costs 432 yen. The indescribably smooth cream is rich and delicious. Recommended as a souvenir from Kure.

I learned about it on SNS and came all the way! Cream pie seems to be the soul food of the people of Kure! Cream pie is so popular that one of the two cases is occupied by cream pie. While I was in the store, they were selling one after another. Cream pie is a thin pie crust topped with chewy, sweet custard and plenty of fresh cream. But it wasn't too greasy, it was light and crispy, and the two types of cream matched so well that I could have eaten the whole pie! I took it out and had it on a bench with navy coffee, and it was amazing! The other cakes looked delicious, so I would like to try a variety of other cakes the next time I visit. Most of the cakes are reasonably priced at 400 yen, which is also highly praised.

A shop famous for its cream pies. There used to be a cafe on the 2nd floor. Point service (1 stamp per 500 yen excluding tax) available. Dry ice service. Spoon service (no fork) upon request.
